High impact new generation digital SUPERscreens launched

Val Morgan Retail Media, Australia’s leading digital retail network, today announced the roll-out of a series of new generation, high impact digital SUPERscreens, positioned in close proximity to key supermarket entrances in major shopping centres.

Measuring a massive, attention grabbing 85 inches wide, these new generation screens are the largest digital screens located near to supermarket entrances, making them a must have proposition for advertisers wanting to reach shoppers directly on the path to purchase.

The first new generation screens are now operating at Warringah Mall, the largest shopping centre on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, situated in a major traffic flow area – directly outside Coles supermarket.

“Our new generation screens are the largest digital advertising media located close to supermarkets. Research conducted at the weekend, based on interviews with over 400 shoppers, has proved the strength of this new format, delivering a 5 times greater impact per panel than static.”

This latest research complements an extensive study conducted last year which proved digital advertising in shopping centres significantly increased intention to buy. Shoppers who recalled seeing digital advertising in centres were 50% more likely to intend to purchase the brand, and had a more positive perception across key brand measures.

In the next few months new generation SUPERscreens will be installed in other major shopping centres, including Macquarie Shopping Centre in Sydney, Knox City in Melbourne and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast.

The new installations will bolster Val Morgan Retail Media’s footprint to 470 digital panels in over 80 major shopping centres Australia wide.
